As per sources The chairman of the banned Manipuri militant group, United National Liberation Front (UNLF), Rajkumar Meghen has been arrested from Bihar's East Champaran district. Meghen was arrested yesterday in Motihari town by a three-member team of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) which was assisted by local police, sources said.
