As per sources Indian Idol Abhijeet Sawant, with his friend Prajakta Shukre's car crashed into a scooter last night, causing serious injuries to two people. The incident occurred around 11:30 pm at Daulat Nagar, Santacruz. Eye witnesses to the accident accused Prajakta and Abhijeet of being drunk and driving. Indian Idol participant and struggling singer Prajakta was driving the car. She was accompanied by three other girls. The victims to the accident, brothers Toufiq Khan (19) and Tauhid Khan (14), were hurried to Nanavati Hospital.
